Chenab Valley Power Projects Private Limited (CVPP) , a Joint Venture Company of NHPC Limited, JKSPDC and PTC (India) Limited,  formed for the implementation of Pakal Dul, Kiru and Kwar Hydroelectric Projects in Chenab River basin , Distt Kishtwar (J&K) with an aggregate capacity of 2120 MW, intends to appoint Engineers in Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Discipline, Sr. Accountants and Supervisors (IT) on Fixed Tenure Basis as per following details:

1. Engineer (Civil)
  • Number of vacancies : 10
  • Qualification : BE / B. Tech. / AMIE in concerned discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade. Applicant having experience in the relevant field / working knowledge of AutoCAD shall be given preference.
2.Engineer (Electrical)
  • Number of vacancies : 2
  • Qualification : BE / B. Tech. / AMIE in concerned discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade. Applicant having experience in the relevant field / working knowledge of AutoCAD shall be given preference.
3. Engineer (Mechanical)
  • Number of vacancies : 2
  • Qualification : BE / B. Tech. / AMIE in concerned discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade. Applicant having experience in the relevant field / working knowledge of AutoCAD shall be given preference.

4. Sr. Accountant
  • Number of vacancies : 4
  • Qualification : CA / ICWA Intermediate. Applicant  having experience in the relevant field / Higher Qualification shall be given preference.

5. Supervisor (IT)
  • Number of vacancies : 02
  • Qualification : Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 55 % marks or equivalent grade. Applicant having experience in the relevant field / Higher Qualification shall be given preference.

1. Assistant Engineer, Electrical

  • Qualification & Experience : Diploma in Electrical Engineering 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance work in a comparable institute is essential.

2. Computer Assistant

  • Qualification & Experience : Graduation from any recognized university. Diploma/Certificate in computer applications equivalent to ‘DOEAC’ ‘O’ level pattern of Department of Electronics, Government of India.
Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 1.1.2012, relaxation for SC/ST and OBC candidates will be up to 5 years and 3 years respectively.
